Telemundo Kansas City is seeking a Media Sales Assistant to support our operations in Kansas City,
Minneapolis, and Portland, OR. The position is based in Kansas City, Missouri.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Performs administrative functions supporting sales operations for three stations
• Executes order entry and traffic instruction application
• Fulfills accounts receivable duties
• Provides reporting and manages files
• Supports all other account maintenance tasks
• Assists in sales presentation and proposal building
• Works closely with other station departments and performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• High School diploma
• Minimum 1 year experience in administrative support; sales support experience a plus
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Tech Savvy; skilled in using office equipment, devices, and other technology
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with
media software such as OSI-Adconnections or WideOrbit-Media Sales a plus
• Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in both English and Spanish a plus
